Conveyor rollers are designed to support the conveyor belt, give it a grooved shape and prevent the belt from shifting to the sides (deflector rollers). To reduce belt wear, conveyor rollers can be lined with rubber (lined rollers) or covered with rubber rings (shock-absorbing rollers).
Conveyor stands serve as the base of the conveyor, on which the upper and lower roller supports, drive and tension devices, conveyor belt cleaning devices are installed.
Roller supports for conveyors with a belt width from 400 to 2000 mm. Types of roller supports offered: upper rigid grooved uncoated, lined, shock-absorbing (ZHG, ZHF, ZHA); upper grooved centering (LCG); upper deflector for grooved tape (J); lower flat (NG); lower centering (NCG).
Conveyor drums are designed to drive, tension or deflect the conveyor belt. Accordingly, drive, tension and deflecting conveyor drums are distinguished.
